AS 9100是由ISO航天技术委员会TC 20第11工作小组AAQG、IAQG以及世界上代表了美洲、亚洲及欧洲等国家相关利益团体的国际组织共同制定，为全球航天产业对质量管理的共识。
AS 9100全球航天工业质量管理体系标准，在ISO 9001架构的基础上，增加了航天产品在安全、可靠度及质量上的特殊要求，除了采行高阶架构(HLS)与ISO 9001质量管理体系的要求外，还加入了航天产业应格外关注的风险管理、产品安全、仿冒防治及型态管理内容，是企业进入航天产业不可或缺的认证项目。
